What You'll Do

As Business Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering on our strategic commitments for Product Operations. The Biz Ops team is responsible for a variety of impactful, highly strategic work. In this role, you will partner with our business units and executives, serving as a strategic thought partner in helping them to tackle their highest priority strategic questions.

-Drive highly visible, strategic and cross functional projects that have the potential to create tremendous value for Supply Chain Operations

-Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing recommendations

-Lead fiscal planning activities and monitor functional budget to ensure compliance

-Management of contingent resources statement of work

-Key leader to drive talent excellence program for Product Operations.

-Early in Career talent sourcing and recruiting

-Oversee long range workforce planning and site strategy compliance

-Drive customer excellence through case analysis and disposition to achieve highest level of satisfaction

Who You'll Work With

In this role, you will partner with our business units and executives, serving as a strategic thought partner in helping them to tackle their highest priority strategic questions.

Who You Are

-5+ years business operations, planning and financial reporting experience

-Bachelor’s degree required. MBA strongly preferred

-Exceptional problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills

-Capable of building strong relationships up, down, and sideways in the organization

-Strong communication skills with ability to clearly explain complex issues to a range of audiences

-Broad experience in developing financial reporting models and reports

-Proven experience engaging cross-functionally and across levels of management (from subject matter experts to company executives)

-Excellent understanding of managing projects in an agile environment

-Strong interpersonal, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
