<b>What You'll Do</b>
As a  Business Operations Manager you will manage end to end business process for Integrated Process, develop and connect Level/Level 1 E2E business processes and manage and maintain the centralized process repository. You will drive and conduct walk the wall (Process and Solution Overview) sessions across functions and business teams and Identify E2E business scenarios & use cases for business testing & acceptance. You will be responsible for driving cross-program workshops to help to resolve complex business process requirements by working with cross functional leads and SMEs,  drive E2E business validation. The Business Operations Manger is  accountable to manage Process Operational Readiness across all strategic grouping releases.

<b>Who You'll Work With</b>
You will work with cross functional business architects, IT architects, and Solution team, In addition to working with internal CCE team, release managers. 

<b>Who You Are</b>
You have strong business process knowledge across end to end business operations and expertise in end to end software process management. You will bring knowledge of business areas included commerce, ordering, entitlement, licensing, license provisioning, recurring & subscription billing and financials. you also have the special skill of managing and driving cross functional discussion with SMEs and functional leads, along with exposure to IT processes, solutioning and management

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years business process management experience. MBA preferred.

Strong business process knowledge to understand end to end business solutions.

Proven communication, leadership skills to influence and manage stakeholders.

Strong program and delivery management skills with the ability to work cross functionally and geographically.

Understanding of Cisco's software business is preferred.
