What You'll Do

You'll support the senior leader of one of the most dynamic functions of Supply Chain Operations -- Supply Chain Transformation. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with partners across Supply Chain Operations, HR, and Finance to drive operational strategy for budget, talent, communications, and goals/metrics.

You are the catalyst for the organization to meet the site strategy, budget commit, and functional commitments. You ensure the organization feels connected to the leader, and understands the direction of the organization.

Who You'll Work With

Our team plays a meaningful role in enabling the supply chain to execute on fundamentals and to adapt rapidly to the changing needs of the business and of Cisco’s customers. SCT is essential in crafting supply chain strategy, digitizing the supply chain, providing leadership in acquisition integration, and partnering to develop the operational model for Cisco’s rapidly growing businesses.

Who You Are

You have experience working with Executives, managing them toward organizational strategy for budget, headcount, goals/metrics. You have proven discernment and very strong communication skills, allowing you to work across a dynamic team. You are a life long learner, who never backs down from a challenge. You have direct experience within the supply chain organization.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in roles similar to chief of staff, change management, organization development, operations management, program management
  • Ability to work with a senior leader and management team
  • Attention to detail and ability to execute against tight timelines
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the agility to course correct as necessary to reach targets
  • Strong operational and organizational skills
