The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for intergalactic client implementation and day to day support across all lines of business. The Business Process Analyst will support and drive expansion of our existing QA program led by the Quality Assurance Senior Business Analyst.

Position requires implementing efficient and effective QA programs across Print Operations specific to implementing a secondary peer QA audit focused on RxClaim and vendor set up.

The candidate will be expected to support large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives and well as translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.

The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and versioning control of departmental job aids and resources needed to complete QA programs as well as ensure compliance with applicable established QA standards and best practices.

This position will support issue resolution and expansion of current issue resolution methodology which will include root cause determination, corrective and preventative action, and reporting for tracking and trending and identification of training needs. Candidate will be responsible for daily audit proofing tracker, and reporting of issues. Business Process Analyst will be responsible for supporting initiatives to reduce / eliminate Performance Guarantee payouts. Provide timely reporting and conduct performance guarantee audits.Will be responsible for template management and serve as document administrator to ensure template version control.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools.
  • Foster partnership with department(s) that Print Operations will be engaging with (implementation, eligibility, Marketing)
  • Analyze existing material and processes, identify gaps in existing documentation or processes
  • Oversees testing of processes and products
  • Develop and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Process Improvement & Training within team based on findings
  • Accomplishes organization quality mission
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree (or higher) or High School Diploma / GED with 3+ years of experience in a PBM Operations or Quality role
  • 3+ years of print production experience (knowledgeable of print production workflow)
  • 2+ years of experience in PBM Operations, preferably with Print Operations knowledge OR in a Quality Department
  • 1+ years of experience developing training materials and driving training of small groups
  • 2+ years of experience leading projects
  • 2+ years of experience in Issue management and problem solving
  • 1+ years of experience working with RxClaim adjudication or PBM platform
  • Experience presenting to small / medium size groups
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel (create spreadsheets, sort and filter), Microsoft Word (create documents at a professional level), Microsoft Visio (create workflow and training documents), Microsoft Access (reporting analytics), Ultra Edit (data analysis took for reporting)
  • Copy skills (writing and proofing)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Med D / EGWP knowledge
  • Knowledge and ensures adherence to postal regulations, NCPDP guidelines, print production, print buying, marketing branding guidelines
  • Experience with using Adobe InDesign / Photoshop
