The chosen candidate will perform the following tasks:

  • Lead the production readiness activities for the SEN program; Coordinate system, user acceptance test (UAT) and regression tests for releases followed by post implementation reviews.
  • Manage Spire Technical Field Service program; Partner with PES and SEN Operations & Support teams to determine Technical Field Service requirements; Organize and manage technical service visits, root cause analysis and issue remediation by 3rd Party (IBM) and PepsiCo TSA resources
  • Support high priority customer requests and new sales pitches globally for digital equipment by providing required technical expertise both on-site and remotely.
  • Partner with the SEN Leadership team to continue to refine and formalize the Spire technical services operating model.
  • Support Spire software related work with Equipment manufacturers such as Cornelius.
  • Contribute to and support the pursuit work in the SEN team on connected digital equipment platforms, partnering with various suppliers to evaluate digital equipment technologies and IoT platforms.
  • Execute incident management tasks (e.g., documents issues, associated root causes) adhering to global SM processes
  • Adhere to standard IT and ITIL processes
  • Serve as applicable technology or applications expert
  • Maintain diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques
  • Maintain test plans and test cases, ensuring release and all components are represented
  • Support technology or applications leveraging strong knowledge of relevant business and technical processes and solid analytical skills
  • Support internal and external audits in partnership and collaboration with Business Controls & Compliance

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, IT or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years IT experience in roles of increasing scope and responsibility including exposure to field support , testing and QA lead, IT Leadership and IT Strategy development.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Broad understanding of Business and IT functions in the CPG industry and processes along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills with a track record of senior-level interaction, communication and presentation experience
  • Must be highly self-motivated with track record of driving competing & conflicting priorities
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision while consistently meeting objectives
  • Experience with vendor applications configuration, setup, integration
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams
