 Prudential Marketing’s Campaign Execution Team is looking for a campaign specialist for it campaign management platform. The Campaign Specialist will own list management and setting up lists to be deployed for Marketing campaigns, working with marketing operations as well as our data and reporting team working to ensure that we execute flawlessly for our marketing partners. This individual will be responsible for requesting, scrubbing and maintaining marketing lists for all our Marketing campaigns. The Campaign Specialist must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a solid knowledge of business models and processes. You will be the lynchpin to securing all pieces of the program together and ensuring flawless execution.

This role will become an expert in our campaign management tool and work closely with the business to stay up-to-date on all upcoming campaigns, assist in executing all launches seamlessly, and monitor the health of all our existing programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Independent management of more complex and larger volume client lists
  • Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery across systems
  • Manage delivery and campaign pacing and identify when to escalate issues to Account Strategist
  • Work directly with internal and external clients on all pre-launch elements related to creative specifications and submission
  • Provide email team, or other internal resources, with all required elements for accurate campaign implementation/execution
  • Manage technical production timelines
  • Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery across various ad serving systems
  • Cultivate positive business relationships with internal clients, design and technical teams
  • Become an expert of Prudential Marketing’s underlying data structure assuring that proper questions are asked of the business and requirements are correctly translated to the data teams
  • Support ad-hoc analytic needs as requested
  • Assist with other duties as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
  • 3-5 year preferred. At least 2 years of experience minimum
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non- technical audiences
  • Experience with Campaign Management solutions preferred
  • Experience creating data filters and using journey builder in Exact Target / Eloqua
  • Extremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied tasks in a timely manner.
  • Must be highly detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously required and at scale
  • Enjoy working independently and in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge across the department
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project)
