This role provides support to the Campus Recruiting team with the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinating campus events including the planning, logistics and execution for on campus recruiting activities (career fairs, information sessions and diversity conference participation)
  • Building the right relationships with campus career centers, hiring managers and human resource consultants
  • Establishing partnerships with the right universities and colleges to expand our campus recruiting strategy
  • Managing candidate information using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Event Management System
  • Organizing the distribution of communications and marketing materials
  • Reporting and measuring success of events
  • Participating in on campus events and recruiting conferences
  • Partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders/business leaders

  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
  • 2 plus years of experience in a staffing or human resources function a plus
  • Financial services industry experience a plus
  • Experience using an ATS or another human resources database
  • Clear, concise and confident oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify/anticipate needs to proactively provide support and resolution
  • Superior judgment and decision making skills
  • Ability to manage large volume of complex projects in a fast moving environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Customer centric attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PPT)
