The Cashier operates a cash register (or equivalent), receives payments of cash, checks and/or charges from customers for goods or services; maintains proper security of cash at all times; understands and follows all health and safety policies and procedures; understands and follows all cash handling policies and procedures; responsible for stocking and merchandising retail products.

Job Requirements

Education/Qualification

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.

  • Effective listening skills

  • Must receive a passing score on the Customer Centered Care test (CCC)
