ADP is hiring a Change Management Implementation Consultant. In this position, you will provide Comprehensive Outsourcing Services (COS) change management integration and transition processes and activities for mid to large scale, projects. Also, act as a client-facing Change Consultant in the COS implementation process

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Has a good working knowledge of outsourcing issues and project requirements addressing HR, Payroll, and Benefits
  • services. - Responsible for project initiation activities related to change management.
  • Partner with the client to develop a tailored change management plan that includes communication, training and
  • other change management activities.
  • Analyze existing business process and operational needs.
  • This role works in a team environment coordinating closely with the Program Manager and other internal partners.
  • This role contributes to internal continuous process improvement activities as assigned.
  • Share knowledge and expertise to help lead specialists and lower level consultants
  • Lead the development of design documents, materials, activities and tools around change management.
  • Ability to interact with client executives and all levels of management
  • Ability to define, administer and compile a change readiness assessment
  • Provides professional consulting/facilitation services in the area of business process and change management best practices
  • Works and counsels with client on product adaptation and business best practice solutions.
  • Utilizing the COS model; oversees the accurate and timely adaptation of change with the client.
  • Facilitate creation of client-specific process flow charts and templates, roles/responsibility matrix, retain team client procedures, training data and other COS-required documentation.
  • Ability to design new jobs / roles & responsibilities for retained team
  • Ability to convey ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to engage team members in the change effort by increasing awareness, responsibility and commitment
  • Work closely with the project team to document issues and risks, seek resolution, and document change issues and actions
  • Participates in establishing and monitoring of client




QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • At least 10 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment
  • At least 5 years of business consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • Travel requirements are 30-50%.
  • Must be able to come into Tempe, AZ office M-F

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

Experience as a Consultant with concentration in the change management or related field and/or equivalent

  • Experience in implementation of ADP or other vendor HRMS and payroll applications; experience with vendor products, ADP's Enterprise Services Group products, services, and methodologies; and/or a combination of 2-3 years experience in a related consulting environment and 2-3 years experience in a relevant industry and/or with systems implementations working with targeted vendor products or systems.
  • Professional certification desirable (PMP, PHR etc)
  • Experience in the development of change management, including theoretical models, tools, techniques and their applications. Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and effective documentation for medium and large projects. Has indepth knowledge at least one module of one of the following vendor products: ADP Enterprise/HRizon, PeopleSoft HRMS, SAP HRMS.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
