What You Will Do

Cisco’s Operation Architecture (OA) Accelerate Digital Transformation (ADT) team is seeking a motivated, experienced Change Leader to support Entitlements End-State & Smart Account/Smart License Program.

The ADT team is at the center of Change Management supporting the Digital Transformation portfolio. We were established to provide a consistent, program-wide Change Management strategy and governance process. We reinforce the “One Cisco” voice of capability transformation and support our functions to drive successful adoption of the new capabilities.

You will lead in supporting the team by aligning entitlement capabilities and supporting change management assets/activities to scale those assets/activities across entitlement offers spanning monetization models. The outcome will ensure effective assimilation of ADT change assets and best practices to determine a consistent change presence across the entitlement portfolio.

As part of the Change team:

  • You will apply knowledge of Cisco’s entitlement’s business strategies to anticipate and prioritize change needs.
  • You will innovate on existing best practices ensuring that the needs of our change network is being met while integrating innovation back to the ADT Operating Model.
  • You will take a large, complex problem and break it down into components, involve others as needed and drive resolution using a detailed, structured and methodical approach.
  • Working independently, you'll participate primarily with senior management and executives, and lead change by working with the senior executive team.
  • You'll conduct change impact analysis (i.e. change sizing, organizational attribute assessment, stakeholder analysis) for defined or anticipated project scope
  • You will ensure end-to-end delivery of change enablement collateral
  • You will collaborate with Senior Change Lead to establish and base-line metrics to evaluate the business outcome and identify adoption targets if necessary
  • You'll develop the change management plan, including communications, training & risk management and integrates deliverables into the overall project plan

Who You’ll Work With

You will support the main Change Lead of the program and collaborate with a cross-functional, virtual team of change specialists. You will build relationships with key theatre and cross-functional (Services, Channels, Sales, CPE, Marketing, IT, etc.) leaders to drive collaborative solutions that maximizes assimilation of ADT assets and overall change impact. You will work in conjunction with the ADT governance structure, CCE delivery teams and offer BU leads.

Who You Are

You will work in a fast paced changing environment driving effective change across complex change programs at an enterprise level and connecting the dots between functions and processes across the Cisco enterprise. You will have a broad range of change management and leadership skill with the ability to think strategically while solving for tactical issues.

  • You will use strong collaboration, influencing and facilitation skills to influence and lead outside of the organization and across roles and functions.
  • You will also use solid communication skills, be an active listener, and synthesize high-level information, as well as have an executive presence with proven ability to present strategic information to a variety of audiences.

Qualification:

  • Requires BA/BS in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred but not required).
  • Industry leader certification such as Prosci (preferred).
  • 5+ years’ combined experience in managing complex change management programs (either centralized or de-centralized operating models).
  • You have experience working in large, complex organizations and across multiple BUs simultaneously. You also possess experience working with one or more business units.
  • You possess strong program management and analytical skills. You are a self-starter and are able to create viable solutions, innovation, and ability to execute flawlessly.
