Cisco Meraki is looking for the next Channel Account Manager to support our world-class partner community. This individual will be responsible for driving rapidly increasing revenue from our most strategic partners. We do this by wearing many hats; maintaining Executive-level relationships, creating business plans, conducting trainings and presentations, and developing and executing marketing programs. We as Channel Managers are focused on truly understanding the business of each one of our unique partners and developing strategies to make them more profitable through our partnership. Meraki Channel Managers are often described as adaptive, consultative, creative, relationship-oriented, consistent, hardworking, persistent, and work with a “we win together” approach.  

The ideal candidate for this role is energised at the thought of running his/her region and owning some of our most important relationships. This person likes to solve problems, is self-motivated, and enjoys collaboration with peers and leadership to continue not only to evolve his/her partners, but also grow his/her own professional skill set.  

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing relationships, and drive revenue growth. Generate enthusiasm and passion for Meraki products among partner sales and engineering teams
  • Maintain quarterly business plans for top partner accounts
  • Develop and oversee marketing and incentive programs to drive sales
  • Coordinate and conduct sales and technical training for partners
  • Facilitate communications and deal flow between partner and Meraki sales reps
  • Collaborate with the APJC Channel and Distribution team to support the overall growth of our channel program, development of partner facing collateral and sales tools, tracking and internal communication tools, and marketing programs

Qualifications:

  • Location:  Shanghai, China
  • 5+ years experience in channel management, channel sales, or consulting
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills (client-service oriented mindset)
  • Desire to build a world class channel program
  • Willingness to travel (~50%)
