- Lead a team of Commercial PAM’s and responsible for developing partner ecosystems to drive growth in Commercial business.

- Develop Commercial partner landscape and determine strategy and execution.

- Grow and transform existing top Commercial partners.

- Recruit and develop new partners including ISV, specialty partners, geo specific partners and long tail partners.

- Work with distribution team and Commercial DPAM to leverage distribution in Commercial business development.

- Work with Partners Operations and Commercial Partner Program team to influence on partner program design and lead execution on Commercial segment.

- Work with Operations, Sales and Governance team to promote channel governance and healthy and quality business.

- Deliver Commercial booking plan through partners and according to route-to-market plan.




- Proven track record in IT industry.

- Experience in both channel/ partner management and direct sales functions.

- People management experience.

- Initiative and proactive. 

- Program solving skills.

- Able to drive and deliver initiatives with minimum supervision.

- Collaborative.
