Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Chef Manager to join our team in Boston, MA. Located in South Boston, this account services nearly 3,000 customers daily.


The Chef Manager will report to the General Manager.  Location has a estimated MV of $2.3M, of which 300K is Catering revenue.  The Chef Manager will work with the Executive Chef across all areas of the operations with a special emphasis in catering.  The Chef Manager is responsible for: ordering, inventory, creating menus, menu execution and the management of a team of 15+ hourly employees.

Position Summary

Responsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables.  May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.

Key Duties
- Executes the culinary function.
- Customer & Client satisfaction.
- Handles administrative functions.



Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
