Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Chef Manager to join our team at Dominion Energy in Surry County Virginia.   The current food landscape at this account consist of 1 corporate cafe and catering operations with a total MV of 750K.  


The Chef Manager  must be able to manage food cost and labor costs as well as understand and be able to make business decisions that allow the unit to meet goals. Other duties include: managing a staff of 10 to 11 hourly employees, menu planning, ordering, inventory, hands on in the kitchen about 60% of the time, and client and guest interaction.


The Chef Manager must have the ability to forecast business and manage accordingly.  Catering experience is a must, HAACP knowledge, and building and costing our menus. Have experience in leading/growing others.

Position Summary

Responsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables.  May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.

- Handles administrative functions.



Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
