Cisco Capital Refresh Americas Sales Coordinator

The Cisco Refresh Sales group sells fully remanufactured Cisco products through its system of Cisco authorized partners and distributors. Remanufactured products are an excellent way to supplement new Cisco sales and meet customer buying challenges in cases where price, immediate need, or older generation product requirements cannot be met with new Cisco products. You will be joining a dynamic sales team that is focused on driving the adoption of Cisco Refresh products worldwide.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will provide support to the General Manager and Americas Refresh sales team. To perform these tasks effectively, you will be expected to become familiar with the products, people, and organizational dynamics within Cisco Capital’s Refresh Sales business. You will be expected to understand how to handle, with a great degree of independence, incoming asks for time, meetings, resources and other needs. You will be required to provide data and analytical support to the team.   You will become a core member of the team.

● Coordination of pre and post-sales support/pricing approvals: acting as a proxy for communications and approvals as authorized, and responding to inventory reservation requests. Answer general questions as necessary and directing matters to appropriate parties to ensure proper disposition of tasks.

● Program management coordination: Act as an interface between Refresh sales team and Global Program Manager to ensure compliance with contracts and funded head agreements.

● Special Projects: provides analytical support to assist General Manager on special projects. Researches issues, analyze problems, compiles data, and prepares reports.

● Preparing presentation material and sales data/research to support key customer meetings. Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

● Meetings: assists in planning and organizing meetings by taking responsibility for assembling the agenda, location, meeting technology (WebEx) based on participant needs, and all other meeting logistics.  May further prepare meeting briefing documents & formulating post-meeting action item lists.

In addition to the general Sales Co-ordination of the Americas sales team, daily tasks are carried out at a higher level of complexity. This includes understanding the Operational requirements of the Sales team and researching issues, analyzing problems, determining approaches, compiling data and preparing reports. Occasionally interfacing with EA's and executives in Cisco. Work is generally of a critical and confidential nature.

Minimum Qualifications:

● Great attention to detail and the maturity to handle confidential information is a must.

● Advanced knowledge of Mac/Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Desired Skills:

● Past work experience in the high-tech industry is desired; prior Cisco experience preferred.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients.

● Collaborative style and positive attitude.

● Champions improvements. Solves problems and makes decisions. Demonstrates leadership.

● Works in an organized and disciplined manner. Very detail-oriented. Proactive by nature.
