As a Claims Representative Associate, you’ll be responsible for handling incoming healthcare claims ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity by processing claims accurately, the first time. You’ll put your skills and talents to work as you review, research, and process medical claims. It's complex, detailed work. It's a fast-paced challenge. It's a job that calls on you to be thoughtful, resourceful, team-driven and customer-focused. To put it mildly, there is never a dull moment.  

This position is full - time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 115 W Wausau Ave, Wausau, WI, 54401.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • 1+ years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience or 1+ years of experience in an office setting, call center setting or phone support role
  • Familiarity with a computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
Soft Skills:
  • Ability to meet or exceed quality and production goals
  • Consistent attendance with ability to meet work schedule including the required training period
  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
  • Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
