The Record Keeping Operations department within Group Insurance is currently seeking an experienced professional with excellent collaboration, communication and client support/ administrative abilities to support existing Group Insurance accounts and/or sales efforts.

This position will work closely with Operations, Account Management, Sales, Brokers, and clients to offer exceptional customer service during implementation and ongoing administration of Record Keeping Services

  • Drives the RKO implementation process from prospect stage to successful on boarding
  • Monitors the progress of each client / benefit change and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion of the projects.
  • Develops understanding of client issues and opportunities to deliver high impact solutions
  • Ensures that all outstanding issues that may interfere with successful implementation are quickly mitigated and / or elevated to the appropriate levels.
  • Collaborates with Client Specialist to provide exceptional support and service to client
  • Attend partnership meeting with the Contact Center, Work Force Management, and Client Data Management team to discuss best practices and process improvements.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Group Insurance and/or related industry products and services preferred
  • Auditing and compliance experience
  • Quality review experience preferred
  • Leadership and business expertise
  • Proven results orientation and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven track record in Process Management
  • Experience working with Sales and Brokers
  • Excellent relationship building skills both internally and externally
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong project/ time management skills
  • The successful candidate should have the ability to interface with more senior level client staff and/or external clients brokers/agents; has a good understanding of Prudential's products and services to help facilitate requests for proposals, presentations, sales support, reporting and other client needs.
