Reporting to Account Client Director

 

Drives the overall growth strategy and sales operations for the Bharti Telco business.

 

Drives and take ownership of E2E Design, Supply and delivering complete IP/ MPLS, MPBN, PaCo network for Bharti Airtel

 

Drives Growth for Mobility and IT Solutions, DC/Cloud, Collaboration, Video and enabling Service Providers to take new value added services to market will be the prime areas of focus

 

Builds and maintains executive level relationships at client and Cisco on a global basis.

 

Areas of responsibilities:

 

 

1.     Leads creation and executes a coordinated and synergistic strategy to maintain and build wallet share, improve margins, productivity and bookings for the company.

2.     Directs all sales processes and manages short and long term revenues for infrastructure and services, and channels strategy.

3.     Leads creation of and executes a coordinated and synergistic strategy to maintain and build wallet share, improve margins, productivity and bookings for the company.

4.     Manages a cross-functional team of employees with diverse skill sets and representing diverse internal requirements to achieve the client strategy.

5.     Manages all direct and indirect expenses associated with the client to maximize account profitability and margins.

6.     Sets the pricing strategy for all Cisco products and services for the client account.

7.     Creates short and long term plans for the client based on research and deep understanding of business and technology trends.

8.     Manages sales, sales engineering and business development staff directly; manages channels and services staff indirectly

 

 

1.     Education and General Experience

a.     Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

b.     At least 15 years sales experience, of which 10 should be in vertical market experience

 

2.     Technical Knowledge Skill

a.     At least 10+ years' experience managing a business or product/account at the top profit/loss decision level.

b.     Must have experience in business development and developing strategic account plans.

3.     Sale Skills

a.     Encourage team members to value the customers and deliver high quality service

b.     Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent & long-term relationships with them

c.     Ensure regular, clear and two-way communication between the client and team

d.     Should be sales professional with relevant experience in solutions/ products

e.     Strong ability of communication with internal stakeholders and external clients experience in data center & cloud SW solution sales would be preferred
