Who You’ll Work With

Are you pushing the envelope? We are seeking a Client Executive for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (S-Finance) to join our team in Germany!

What You’ll Do

The Client Executive for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (S-Finance) is responsible for the overall relationship and business with this particular Strategic Enterprise Account.

With a clear goal of growing the relationship into a truly world class partnership, the Client Executive must take a long-term strategic approach to all facets of the customers engagement and success.

The Client Executive leads a highly diversified and multi disciplined team focused on delivering a coordinated and unified engagement aligned with the customers financial and business growth objectives and outcomes.

 

Along with sales planning, this position is responsible for accurate forecasting. Direct customer contact will comprise a major portion of this assignment. Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process. Will need to make important resource decisions that apply both corporate and account team resources to new opportunities.

 

Key responsibilities

*       Define, communicate and implement the Go to Market strategy for S-Finance - ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.

*       Build and lead a world-class team - hiring, training and development, coaching and performance management.

*       Build and maintain executive level relationships within the customers organization - articulate Cisco product and business strategies, create the demand and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.

*       Ensure a high degree of Customer satisfaction with Cisco products and services.

*       Develop and deliver accurate booking and revenue forecasts in line with business objectives.

*       Interact with other Cisco teams (Service Sales and Delivery, Architectures, Consulting Services, Cisco Capital, Verticals), to effectively leverage the entire Cisco value proposition.

*       Leads creation of and executes a coordinated and synergistic strategy to maintain and build wallet share, improve margins, productivity and bookings for Cisco.

*       Directs all sales processes and manages short term (annual) and long term (strategic) revenues for infrastructure, services and channels strategy.

*       Sets the pricing strategy for all Cisco products and services for the account

*       Develops and sets strategy based on research and a solid understanding of market and technology trends

*       Provides professional leadership and coordination of all Cisco client-facing resources 

*       Creates and promotes a culture of inclusion and diversity

 

Desired Skills

 

To be considered for this position, you should have

*       Broad knowledge of the IT-industry and its trends

*       Understanding of Financial Services Industry and its specific business challenges

*       Proven track record of managing large and complex sales teams - Demonstrated clear team leadership in collaboration with cross-functional organizations.

*       Experience building actionable long and short term account plans based on a deep understanding of the impacts of business and technology trends.

*       Proven track record of building deep relationships with CxO's in key customers organizations

*       Proven track record in selling complex technical solutions, consumption models and business outcomes to customer executive management and their teams.

Minimum Qualifications

*       Proven track record of negotiating large and complex deals with customers procurement and legal department

*       Ability of innovative, creative and “out of the box” thinking

*       Extensive background and understanding of product, service / solution and channels sales as well as service delivery.

*       Willingness to travel extensively.

*       Fluent in German and English language

People management experience or successfully completed the Leadership Assessment Center Germany.
