This group of individuals provides OptumRx with support for benefit changes and new client benefit creation. The team works closely with OptumRx Client Service Operations teams as well as other internal OptumRx teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for tracking work and reporting needs to their lead / senior and manager
  • Responsible for meeting turnaround time requirements based on client and ticket type
  • Ability to work efficiently in multiple systems, including RxConstruct, IFMS, AS400 and other applicable systems
  • Ability to work closely with partners in multiple departments to discuss issues and solutions, as well as partnering with teammates to share workloads and divide tasks as needed to meet time frames
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience within a service / support environment
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, tracking spreadsheet), Microsoft Word (creating, editing, and saving), and Microsoft Outlook (receiving, saving, sending emails)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in PBM and Healthcare service environment
Soft Skills:
  • Experience utilizing interpersonal, performance management, problem solving and organizational skills
