A Client Services Implementation Executive (CSIE) is the lead driver for relationship management and client implementation activities for Moment Health. The CSIE applies knowledge and expertise of Moment Health programs that include account set up, impact and outcome reporting, product portfolio, and data-driven insights to ensure that Moment Health programs and services exceed customer expectations and deliver value to our customers and to their employees.
The CSIE is the primary point of contact for clients, including but not limited to Human Resources, Chief Clinical Officers, CEOs and other business leaders.  In this capacity, the CSIE focuses on client satisfaction, a high NPS, translating pain points into program delivery, executing solutions as promised, demonstrating and maximizing VOI for the client, and uncovering opportunities for growth.
The CSIE is responsible for effectively bridging between Moment Health business development, operations and the client to assess “best fit” for Moment Health programs and services. As the escalation point on behalf of the client, the CSIE ensures inquiries are responded to and resolved in a timely fashion, Moment Health commitments are delivered, impact and outcome measures are meaningful, and value is created for our customers. The CSIE is responsible for coordinating implementation of Moment Health programs and services on behalf of our customers.
CSIEs maintain assigned clients with a high - level of autonomy and self - sufficiency. Long term relationships with clients are built, maintained and grown.  Communication is critically important, as such; CSE’s hold periodic meetings with client executives to report progress and identify best practices.  Meetings include, but are not limited to program implementation status, program performance, impact and outcomes, and recommendations for modification. 
CSIE’s are process and analytic thinkers, yet skilled at building and maintaining relationships.  As part of Moment Health’s commitment to communication, the CSIE provides standard and custom reports that reflect trends and the overall state of program performance and participant engagement.  CSIE’s review, interprets, summarize and share vital data with client executives on a regular basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Establish effective relationships with client executives to understand their objectives, business drivers, and success measures.  Responsible for relationships and interaction with executives in roles that include human resources, clinical leaders, Chief Financial Officers, and other program staff
  • Act as a client advocate when addressing and resolving client concerns with Moment Health operational owners
  • Understand, monitor and report trends in client critical business metrics including, but not limited to program registration, attendance, attrition, key performance indicators, self-reported improvement data, NPS, etc.
  • Maintain regular meeting cadence with Moment Health client executives.  Coordinate follow up with Moment Health operations, product development and executive leadership
  • Review, interpret, summarize and distribute reports to client executives and internal business partners, such as UHC and Optum account executives
  • Develop annual Client Plans detailing the client’s goals and objectives and alignment with Moment Health’s products and services
  • Identify upsell opportunities broadening Moment Health’s business penetration based upon newly identified opportunities
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and improving NPS scores; identify process improvement opportunities to drive NPS ratings and facilitate those improvements with operations
Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years in marketing, business development, and/or client relationship management in a highly dynamic environment
  • SME in the domain of mindfulness and resiliency, with a background in the wellness, prevention and chronic care management space
  • Executive presence. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Operations, implementation, and program management expertise.
  • Proven ability to produce superior results in a relationship-based and financial performance oriented environment
  • Acumen in research and evaluation; proven ability to use data to identify trends, gain insights and drive change
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills demonstrated within a matrix environment
  • Passionate leadership style with demonstrated performance success; a bias for action
  • Experience with client reporting and data; proven ability to articulate the client value story and demonstrate effectiveness of products
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (i.e.: MBA, MHA)
  • P&L experience
  • Business Development background
  • Demonstrated success working in a startup or turn around environment; possesses a bias for action and high accountability
