Do you want to be part of something amazing? The Client Success team is looking for a Client Success Analyst.

As Client Success Analyst, you will be a key contributor for the delivery success of StandOut technology, coaching, and consulting. You will drive user adoption and client retention. You care about your clients and are attentive to their needs, always searching for new ways to make their experience the best it can be.

This is a full-time position. We are headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA but the Client Success Analyst will be in the Tempe Arizona office.

Do the following activities make you feel STRONG?

  • Project management from solution design and development to implementation and ongoing support
  • Successfully manage multiple concurrent clients and implementation projects
  • Proactively communicate to all internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables stay on track
  • Guide clients to successfully implement StandOut using TMBC's deployment methodology
  • Technology setup and configuration including working with Tech, Product and Support to deliver on client commitments
  • Ensure that clients are educated during implementation and prepared to successfully bring StandOut to life within their organizations
  • Work with the client project managerand executive team to identify/resolve all issues that could impact satisfaction

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years managing and consulting on strategic client accounts
  • Demonstrated skills in research, analytics, presentation, teamwork, and client management
  • Cross functional project management experience
  • Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills including the ability to facilitate large group meetings and host webinars
  • Experience with SaaS implementations/delivery preferred
  • Travel required
