As Client Success Director, you will be the key factor in driving user adoption and client retention for StandOut technology, coaching, and consulting for our largest and most strategic clients. Not only will you be managing the overall relationship for assigned clients, you will also successfully partner throughout the client lifecycle with Deployment, Sales, Strategic Consulting and Coaching teams to identify new opportunities and grow the client footprint over time. You will be defining success metrics for your clients and diligently driving, measuring and communicating business outcomes, contributing to TMBC's reputation, growth and success. You will lead a team of Client Success Managers or Client Success Analysts and guide and coach them to do the same for their assigned accounts. You care about your clients and are attentive to their needs, always searching for new ways to make their experience the best it can be. You have experience working in or partnering closely with Human Resources, most specifically in the areas of HR technology or Talent Management. This is a full-time position. We are headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA but the Client Success Director candidate can reside anywhere in the U.S. Do the following activities make you feel STRONG?
* Lead a team of Client Success Managers and Client Success Analysts, providing coaching, development and guidance as well as escalation support for their accounts
* Establish a trusted advisor relationship that ensures clients' overall satisfaction and encourages continued use and expanding solution adoption
* Guide clients to successfully implement coaching, education, and StandOut technology using TMBC's deployment methodology, adapting where necessary to support the needs of our largest and most complex clients
* Develop a network of relationships within a client organization to understand needs and uncover opportunities
* Consulting on HR systems and best practices
* Consulting on HR talent management processes and methodologies
* Solving complex employee engagement opportunities
* Partner with the Strategic Consultant & Research team to conduct analysis to measure both adoption and impact of StandOut to client organization
* Successfully manage multiple concurrent clients and implementation projects
* Coaching and technology setup and configuration including working with Deployment, Tech, Product and Support to deliver on client commitments
* Ensure that clients are educated during implementation and prepared to successfully bring StandOut to life within their organizations
* Work with the client project manager and executive team to identify/resolve all issues that could impact satisfaction
