Cox Automotive is hiring a Client Value Strategy Senior Manager, Enterprise Inventory Solutions. This position is responsible for executing the vision for the Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) Value Strategy team focusing primarily on ‘Enterprise Inventory Solutions’ (EIS). You will work closely with Cox Automotive leadership and sales teams to create solutions for GES clients and develop proposals that cross various Cox Automotive companies, but with an expertise in EIS Business Units (Manheim, RMS, Ready Logistics, AiM, NextGear etc.). This will involve understanding Client needs, proactively identifying strategic opportunities, developing cross-CAI solution packages to meet client needs, utilizing data and analysis to quantify and prioritize solution package development, testing solution packages in sub-markets, and tracking the performance of delivered GES Inventory related solutions into the market. This role will also manage the evaluation and analysis of all client deals, proposals and RFPs for this client segment as it pertains to ‘Inventory solutions’ This role will require a high-level of visibility and interaction with GES sales leaders, Account Managers, Client Strategists, and Client Partners and  establish strong working relationships. In addition you will be a Trusted Advisor to EIS Sales Leadership and Inventory Solutions leadership team on all matters of client solutions, pricing, and customer performance.


Job Responsibilities:
Lead the development of cross-CAI solution packages for OEM and Captive Finance (GES) entities including overall solution packages, package pricing, discounting guidelines, and creative deal strategies with a focus on OEM inventory offerings
Partner with GES Account Directors and Business Unit Account Managers to review large accounts for opportunities to increase revenue and profit by proposing new products, new pricing mechanisms and promotions and selling newly created Inventory solutions into the sales organization and other internal business partners garnering understanding of, and support for, the value that the solutions would deliver to clients
Support the development of deals , proposals, and responses to RFPs, in conjunction with Value Strategy GES team members and the Sales counterpart, for GES Clients involving Inventory solutions products which includes the socialization and approval, often to high levels, SVP customer management and the Central Pricing Committee
Assist with contract creation, negotiation, execution, and renewal involving presentation to Clients at the Senior Executive level
Support the development of a revenue management framework for EIS that will identify the growth opportunities, and available levers for the sales team to capitalize on the opportunity (e.g. market share incentives, cross-sell/up-sell strategies, solution packaging)
Build frameworks, tools, and cross-group relationships to design, test, launch Inventory solution packages for GES
Define requirements for, and build out, tools and reports to track and measure success of GES Inventory solutions sold into the market
Help develop the Value Strategy GES team culture by sharing your professional experiences, participating in learning efforts, Value Strategy social events, and contributing ideas to improve the Value Strategy team environment


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent is required; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
5+ years experience within automotive industry is required.
Experience working with an OEM or captive finance company in the area of automotive leasing or remarketing/CPO is strongly preferred.
Quantitative experience required including knowledge of advanced analytics and various data sources to perform in-depth analytics.
Management experience in a complex organization, able to execute parallel assignments, with a proven track record of positive results required.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required, demonstrated ability to bridge and work with dissimilar teams and influence change.
