Description

Cox Automotive is hiring a Client Value Strategy Senior Manager, Enterprise Retail Solutions and Enterprise Strategic Growth. This position is responsible for executing the vision for the Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) Value Strategy team focusing primarily on ‘Enterprise Retail Solutions’ (ERS) and ‘Enterprise Strategic Growth’ (ESG). You will work closely with Cox Automotive leadership and sales teams to create solutions for GES clients and develop proposals that cross various Cox Automotive companies, but with an expertise in the Retail and Strategic Growth Solutions. This will involve understanding client needs, proactively identifying strategic opportunities, developing cross-CAI solution packages to meet client needs, utilizing data and analysis to quantify and prioritize solution package development, testing solution packages in sub-markets, and tracking the performance of delivered GES Retail and Strategic Growth related solutions into the market. This role will also manage the evaluation and analysis of all client deals, proposals and RFPs for this client segment as it pertains to ‘retail and strategic growth solutions’. This role will require a high-level of visibility and interaction with GES sales leaders, Account Managers, Client Strategists, and Client Partners and  establish strong working relationships. In addition you will be a Trusted Advisor to Sales Leadership and Retail Solutions leadership team on all matters of client solutions, pricing, and customer performance.


Job Responsibilities:
Lead the development of cross-CAI solution packages for GES Clients including overall solution packages, package pricing, discounting guidelines, and creative deal strategies with a focus on Retail and Strategic Growth solutions
Sell newly created solutions into the sales organization and other internal business partners garnering understanding of, and support for, the value that the solutions would deliver to clients
Support the development of deals , proposals, and responses to RFPs, in conjunction with Value Strategy GES team members and the Sales counterpart, for GES Clients
Execute, document and accurately share OEM coop program guidelines to drive product adoption and revenue growth
Build frameworks, tools, and cross-group relationships to design, test, and launch solution packages for GES
Support the development of a revenue management framework for ERS / ESG that will identify the growth opportunities, and available levers for the sales team to capitalize on the opportunity (e.g. market share incentives, cross-sell/up-sell strategies, solution packaging)
Define requirements for, and build out, tools and reports to track and measure success of GES products sold into the market
Help develop the GES Value Strategy team culture by sharing professional experiences, participating in learning efforts, attending Value Strategy social events, and contributing ideas to improve the Value Strategy team environment
Consolidate key findings and build compelling forecasting models that will help determine courses of action with existing and prospective clients
Analyze trends in key performance indicators and performance benchmarks to provide recommendations for improvement


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent is required; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years experience in the automotive industry required, Automotive Retail experience is strongly preferred
Strong experience developing pricing strategies and plans for new products and innovative services, product background is a plus
Quantitative experience required including knowledge of advanced analytics and various data sources to perform in-depth analytics
Management experience in a complex organization, able to execute parallel assignments, with a proven track record of positive results required.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required, demonstrated ability to bridge and work with dissimilar teams and influence change.
Proven experience as a self-starter and the ability to be self-motivated
