Orthology clinic managers are dedicated to ensuring team members at their location(s) help patients get back to living their lives to the fullest. In addition to delivering exceptional patient care as a provider, the manager will successfully lead their respective team(s) to achieve established productivity, customer service, outreach, clinical outcome, volume, and financial goals while cultivating a great place to work for all Orthologists.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 
The manager will work collaboratively with the provider, PRC and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care employing Orthology’s treatment approach. They are both clinical providers and leaders whose duties include but are not limited to:
  • Lead by example in setting the standard for high quality patient care and employment of Orthology’s treatment approach and protocols while maintaining a full treatment schedule
  • Motivate and hold team accountable for achieving productivity/financial, clinical quality and patient service goals
  • Maintain command of key operational metrics and provide day-to-day oversight of all clinic operations such as:
    • Provider and administrative staff schedules
    • Patient interactions and follow ups
    • Physician interactions and follow ups
    • Compliance/conformance with all administration, safety and regulatory requirements
    • Staff/customer conflict resolution/service recovery as needed
    • Office expenditures
    • Facility appearance
  • Work with Human Resources to maintain approved staffing levels by interviewing and helping onboard new clinical staff members
  • Support practice building activities by meeting physicians and other referral sources as required
  • Complete staff performance reviews, provide feedback and support efforts to address staff development needs
  • Complete all necessary leadership/compliance/customer service training
  • Continuously seek opportunities for innovation/improvement in all aspects of the clinic operation
  • Foster a high performing work environment that brings out the best in team members

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of chiropractic or physical therapy

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited school with licensure (or eligibility) in the appropriate state
  • 5+ years of experience in practice (preferred)
  • 3+ years demonstrated successful people leadership experience preferably in a clinical or similar setting (preferred)
  • Orthopedic outpatient experience (required)
  • Strong background in manual therapy
  • Deep technical knowledge of Physical Therapy practices with outstanding treatment and patient relationship skills
