As a Clinical Program Manager, you'll work alongside a high caliber team as you drive innovation and business forward. You'll roll up your sleeves as you coordinate complete projects, defining performance and results.


As a Clinical Program Manager, you would be responsible for the development and/or on-going management and administration of clinical programs.  You will provide implementation support, measurement standards, and revisions as needed that incorporate applicable best practices with proven outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Program development, value proposition, oversight, and day-to-day management for specialty pharmacy programs

  • Develop standard processes for implementing clinical programs and services

  • Provide support to Account / Sales Teams & Client Teams including presentations as the subject matter expert

  • Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions

  • Performs complex conceptual analyses

  • Reviews work performed by other and provides recommendations for improvement

  • Report program performance against expectation and influence changes to programs to improve competitive position and optimize performance.

  • Lead or help develop program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document).

  • Establish / quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (e.g., key performance indicators, scope definition).


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years’ experience in planning and managing projects

  • 3+ years’ experience analyzing large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions

  • Specialty Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), or health plan experience

  • Client facing experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business or related field

  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations to clients and / or senior leadership

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership
