Outpatient Clinical Services Director   

Bethany Behavioral a Unit of Cedar Ridge Hospital is a newly renovated 60-bed psychiatric hospital offering adult behavioral health programs and treatment services in the Oklahoma City area. Description: The Clinical Services Director serves as a key member of leadership on the senior management team.  Directs operations of outpatient services to include the planning, monitoring and execution of quality patient care and clinical outpatient programs in compliance with regulatory standards.  Oversees supervision of licensed and non-licensed clinical therapists and program manager.  Serves as clinical liaison with the continuum of care services.  Contributes to the development of programs for specialized patient populations for inpatient and the continuum of care.  In conjunction with community resources, contributes to the maintenance of relationships with outside agencies, private practitioners, insurers and family members.  Participates in county and regional meetings of the public mental health providers.  Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient’s specific needs and provide clinical treatment and care.  Performs duties in accordance with the facility’s mission, values, policies, and behavioral standard

Job Requirements


  • Experience: Minimum five years of clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health population, three years previous clinical supervisory role in an inpatient psychiatric setting and administrative/ management experience required.
  • Education: Masters degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Oklahoma licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW Required)
  • Working Knowledge: Prefer knowledge of case management, discharge planning, group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, family therapy theory and practice.
