Be a part of our team and make a difference. The Brook Hospital-Dupont currently hasas-needed positions in our Clinical Services Department. The position is Clinical Services Therapist- PRN. The candidate selected will be responsible for the following: The Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Major job functions include: obtaining psycho-social assessments; collaborating with the treatment team in formulating the Master Treatment Plan; conducting individual/family/group therapy; completing documentation per hospital policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinating discharge planning; assist in developing and maintaining community resource information; performing marketing functions as assigned; assisting in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participating in continuing education activities.

Job Requirements

This position would work as-needed on weekends. Master's Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences; three (3) years post Master
