Arbour Hospital, a 118 bed (106 Adult/12 Adolescent) private psychiatric facility located in Boston’s Jamaica Plain neighborhood; the hospital also manages an 18 bed satellite adult psychiatric unit in Quincy. Arbour Hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the MA Department of Mental Health. Position Summary: The Arbour Hospital is seeking a PHP and Substance Abuse Services Clinician Assistant for our new Partial Hospitalization Program at our Quincy location. The PHP and Substance Abuse Services clinician assistant provides administrative support to all PHP and substance abuse programs. This includes greeting clients, answering phones, triaging clients and calls to appropriate programs, managing medical records maintaining referral logs and monthly reports Main responsibilities: 1. Greet each patient entering the facility, screen form of payment, suitability for treatment and refer to director if needed 2. Manage all program referral logs 3. Review and enter insurance authorization data into MIDAS 4. Create, maintain, edit, and distribute census information 5. Assist in milieu management 6. Order office supplies and maintain inventory 7. Analyze and compile statistical reports monthly, and as requested 8. Manage suboxone phone line and waiting list 9. Verify insurance coverage for prospective and current clients 10. Coordinate intake appointments for prospective clients 11. Create and maintain medical record using ICANotes 12. Coordinate new patient information with billing office 13. Order office supplies
