Arbour Counseling Services, Franklin provides comprehensive outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Services offered include: Individual, couples, family and group counseling for all ages Responsive assistance during times of crisis Individual treatment plans developed in respnse to patient and referrer goals and needs. Primary therapists work to coordinate all treatment issues and to maintain communication with other involved professionals Evaluation and treatment of a wide range of counseling issues, including anxiety, depression and stress-related issues ACS, Franklin has specialties in these areas: ADD / ADHD Child and adolescent psychiatry Dual diagnosis Early childhood evaluations Intellectual disabilities LGBTQ issues Older adult services psychopharmacology School-related issues Women's issues MA Level Clinicians Outpatient Clinicians offering Individual, Group and Family treatment Partial Hospitalization Program Clinician for Adolescents and Adults Clinicians for Evening Intensive Outpatient Program Community Based Services Licensed Clinician Positions Available at our Franklin Site: Substance Abuse Specialist DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)/Trauma Specialist Child & Family specialist Required Qualifications: Master?s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related Program from an accredited college or university. Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations or with unpredictable clients Ability to make accurate assessments and provide appropriate treatment Demonstrate skills as an effective team member Ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients Good listening skills Excellent communication and writing skills Cultural Sensitivity Ability to work independently with strong organization skills and attention to detail.
