What You'll Do
Cisco's Information Security (InfoSec) Web Team is responsible for Security Certification and Compliance for our Webex offering. Our mission is to ensure that we deliver the required compliance in order to protect Cisco. You'll be developing, reviewing and approving network security designs and architectures while influencing and driving the advancement of Webex's SaaS and On-Premise Services. You will excel at delivering solution proposals to continuously improve the security posture of WebEx Services, delivered via Engineering and Cloud Services Group.

The Corporate Information Security organization is responsible for protecting the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information and computing assets, while enabling business productivity. Our global organization strives to exemplify operational excellence, defend and protect Cisco, and provide an easily understood operating structure and enhanced customer service to our internal partners and clients.

Who You Are
You will evaluate and test security architectures including Cisco products, third party technologies and services, and locally developed toolsets and partner with Webex product development to influence product roadmaps and adoption.
You will enjoy showcasing and sharing security best practices with Cisco customers, partners and internal organizations.
You will also remain cognizant of emerging security threats and industry best practices, advise the organization of potential risks and threat mitigation techniques.  You are able to establish, evolve and enforce information security policies, standards and guidelines and document security solutions and operational methods and procedures.
Our minimum requirements for this role: 
* Security fundamentals with a solid understanding of threats, vulnerabilities, risks, defenses, security principles and policies
* Strong foundation in network security technologies such as firewalls, remote access, application security, device hardening, intrusion detection and prevention, network segmentation, encryption, mobility, collaboration, etc...
* Mobile device security best practices, endpoint posture assessment, device management and cloud integration capabilities
* Systems architecture, design and operational experience
* Experience with cutting edge datacenter and network virtualization technologies
* Applied conceptual and analytical thinking, problem solving skills
* Consulting and partnering skills with enterprise perspective and influence
* Solid presentation, demonstration and written communication skills
* Ability to lead and influence Vulnerability Management and Strategy Roadmap programs.
