**This position can be based anywhere in Europe**


+ The leader of leaders role includes > $600M in revenue with the following cluster of markets: Portugal, Poland, Greece, Switzerland, Ireland, Austria, Belgium

+ Critical to this role is both leadership of 7 BU leads in markets but also the Central Cluster core team of marketing and digital who are an essential new component to ensure an efficient and effective model of operation for the cluster as a whole.

+ Regular liaison with the EU Regional Commercial Lead team and key Global Colleagues will be essential as we roll out the new global to local and local to global model

+ This role will also have an integral role within the EU Leadership Team ensuring a cohesive collaboration to deliver European expectations


**Strategic Leadership**

+ To set the direction and vision for the Central Cluster Business and New Model of Operation

+ To maximise the revenue potential of the Cluster ($600M) based on deep understanding of the customer insights, journey and experiences, collaborating with key partnerships and ensuring operational excellence

+ To lead and coach a team of up to 7 BU leads, Director of Business Operations and a Marketing and Digital Director responsible for 5 customer marketers (Retail, Pharmacy, Biosimilar, Customer/Digital)

+ Develop sound business strategies and provide direction to the markets to achieve cluster goals.

+ Ensure the identification, planning, and exploitation of new business opportunities and partnerships to develop the business in line with GEP strategic direction.

+ Anticipate, influence and appropriately respond to developments in the legal and regulatory environments.

+ Identify and seize opportunities to optimize resources, leverage synergies and exploit opportunities across the cluster of markets.

+ Contribute actively as a member of the PEH Europe regional leadership team.

**Operational Leadership**

+ To lead a robust 3 years customer/brand strategy and one year Op Plan for the cluster with a key focus P+L Management, enhancing our customer relationships and driving commercial value from our MCC/Digital integration.

+ In conjunction with the local markets forecast, monitor and act upon all business performance to ensure financial (revenue, SIA and IBT targets are achieved) and operational metrics

+ In the department, ensure full compliance with all local and global laws, regulations and SOPs. This will include responsibility for final sign off of promotional materials for compliance with necessary codes.

+ Conducts all activities and makes decision that are in accordance with Company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global regulatory guidelines (including cGMP/cGLP/cGCP), environmental guidelines, as appropriate, etc.

**People Leadership and Collaboration**

+ Support continual building of OWNIT Culture, ensure role modelling of desired culture attributes across the organization, and foster visible and inspirational leadership.

+ Demonstrate "Head, Heart and Guts" leadership, and create an environment that encourages and reinforces the model

+ To ensure the development and execution of best in class Cluster to ensure our competitive advantage, develop talent and strong return on investment mind set.

+ Ensure tight collaboration with Medical organisation to ensure optimum output of marketing

+ Encourage Teamwork and co-operation both within the teams and also with the other groups within the cluster as well as regional and global teams

+ Facilitate sharing of best practices and ideas to ensure strong flow of communication, and the leveraging of knowledge and experience across the Cluster, and the Region

+ Provide coaching to support team members in the development of skills and competencies to achieve business objectives

+ To build a high performing team and oversee the recruitment, development and management of all team members with SMART objectives, IDPs and ongoing performance management activities and discussions

+ Partner with cluster, market leaders from other Bus, EU Region, Global and partner lines to ensure One Pfizer approach to common objectives and challenges.

**Skills, Knowledge, QUALIFICATIONS, Experience**

+ Strong commercial and marketing acumen spanning multiple markets (e.g., negotiating, sales for management, knowledge of various access environments, etc.)

+ Demonstrated success in working in and across multiple markets and cultures

+ Proven success in leading marketing and/or management of a multi-brand portfolio

+ Leadership experience in one or more of the respective cluster markets is preferred

+ P&L Management

+ Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment

+ Ability to influence across stakeholders

+ Fluency in written and spoken English

+ Ability to travel frequently within the Cluster markets
