Description Prepares intelligence documents through intelligence gathering using multiple intelligence sources. Supports the processing of information about situations and entities of strategic, operational or tactical importance; characterizes possible future actions and identifies possible courses of action or remedies

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Analyze and report on incoming reports and messages, determining significance and reliability of incoming information.

+ Integrate incoming intelligence and operational information.

+ Identify issues and concerns and escalates as appropriate.

+ Recommend changes, and where appropriate, courses of action.

+ Identify critical strategic issues through review of information created.

+ Perform assessments of cyber warfighting capability and the utility of new and emerging technologies Institute and document a formal planning process to analyze assigned missions for capability gaps in CNO capabilities and recommend solutions.

+ May collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products.

+ May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.

Required Skills and Experience:

+ 7+ years of experience in: C2 concept management; operations planning and strategic/tactical planning and analysis; Project Management; Software Engineering.

+ Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years overall experience.

+ Knowledge of and/or prior experience with the CYBERCOM and/or 24 AF architecture.

Desired Skills and Experience:

+ Extensive knowledge and experience using NSANet, JWICS, SIPRNet, and/or NIPRNet.

+ Active problem-solving skills, enthusiastic learning, understanding of new technologies and techniques and apply this information to current and future projects.

+ Critical thinking, and logic skills to outline the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions; systematically selecting the optimum solutions for the give problem.

+ Ability to collaborate with counterparts in other organizations and at senior levels.

Required Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible and willing to take a counter espionage polygraph if required.
