Job Description;

In PepsiCo Nordics we are now looking for a Commercial Activation Manager for our Snacks business in temporary contract till 01.06.2019.

In this role you will support the Commercial Manager with the Nordic snacks business and distributor relations. Commercial accountabilities include general business planning, performance tracking and commercial innovation project lead. You will also lead the execution of flawless in store activation (BTL) in all Nordic markets through strong alignment and day-to-day cooperation with distributors and Brand Manager Snacks.
You should be able to start latest 01.06.2018.

Key responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to business planning general support to Commercial Manager Snacks including annual operating plan development, strategic planning as well as distributor business review preparation.
  • Lead own commercial projects with full responsibility and assigned budget together with distributor.
  • Develop and maintain performance management tracking (Nielsen Answers).
  • Be prime mover in our systems of local packaging/commercial innovation projects
  • Coordinate adaptation of global marketing ammunition into excellent and relevant local BTL activation together with Brand Manager Snacks.
  • Take ownership of external BTL agenda and secure flawless execution of in store activation plans through daily interaction and alignment with distributors.
  • Support Brand Manager in brand marketing strategies, ATL and innovation implementation.


Professional experience/skills;

  • Minimum 3 years FMCG experience, preferably within a top 5 player with branded products
  • Sales & Marketing capabilities
  • Understanding of the Nordic retail environment
  • Experience of working with BTL/POS execution
  • Analytical skills ability to analyze complex situations and data
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in Nielsen/Gfk retail/consumer tracking
  • Fluency in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages (DK/NO/SE)
  • Excellent time and project management skills
