JOB DESCRIPTION
Support Commercial Manager managing the NO/SE beverage businesses and bottler/distributor relations
and Independently drive BTL agenda with bottler and agencies delivering set AOP targets and take ownership on multiple large scale local projects i.e. MAX events, local campaign execution, research tasks etc.

  • Independently lead budget handling of BU Nordics biggest budget including PO creation, accruals, invoice & budget follow as well as securing black swan principles
  • Be lead in creating synergies across Nordics through Marketing platforms & activations, POS, launch material etc.
  • Actively contribute to business planning general support to NO/SE CM developing AOPs, strat. plans etc.
  • Important part of securing the biggest Nordic local BTL Marketing platforms, from 360 idea generating to plan and execution:
  • Take ownership on BTL agenda and secure flawless execution of AOP promotion plan with bottler
  • Independently drive and secure flawless event & sponsorship execution e.g. festivals and concerts
  • Be primary PI BTL agency contact in Norway
  • Co-ordinate adaptation of global/Nordic marketing ammunition and development of local BTL ammunition
  • On-premise support - ensure best practice sharing / collection Nordic/BU. (AOP priority).
  • Daily contact to Ringnes Brand Manager securing optimal workflow and deliveries/implementation of BTL plans
  • BTL activation, POS development, label changes, sales reports, In-store execution etc.
  • Market insights management and performance tracking
  • Manage selected NO/SE business insight projects
  • Develop/ maintain performance management processes and tools (Nielsen Answers Desktop etc.).
  • Develop/execute local digital brand platforms in cooperation with Nordic Marketing team

Qualifications/Requirements

Professional experience/skills:
  • Have minimum 5 years FMCG experience preferably within a top 5 player with branded products
  • Marketing & Sales capabilities
  • Strong understanding of Norway retail environment
  • Understanding of the Nordic retail environment
  • Analytical skills ability to analyze complex situations
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in Nielsen/Gfk retail/consumer tracking
  • Fluency in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages (DK/NO/SE)
  • Excellent time and project management skills
