Commercial Business Relationship Management

Responsible for partnering with functional business leaders across Commercial functions. Understanding business strategies and processes to proactively recommend solutions leveraging Pepsico Global/Sector capabilities. This role performs and deliver across Core BRM Disciplines: Demand Shapping, Exploring, Servicing and Value Harvesting.
Be the point of contact for our business teams and represent IT in different business forums

Responsibilities

  • Conceive Value Solutions, stimulates, surfaces and shapes business demand
  • Create and Deploy Solutions and Services, orchestrates resources to create and deploy solutions and services, ensures appropriate business partner engagement and ownership.
  • Operate and Sustain Solutions and Services, represents partner interest.
  • Manage Relationships, primary focus for a given domain
  • Manage Initiatives: orchestrates program and projects management resources to manage initiatives; communicate program/projects exceptions and ensure business partner engagement.
  • Manage Technical Architecture: engages architects at appropriate points in the lifecycle
  • Manage Resource Supply and Manage Provider Organization: represents the voice of the business partner

Experience and profile
  • Bachelors degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of related IT business work experience
  • Go to Market, Revenue Management, Analytics Skills
  • CRM Platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft, Hybris, other)
  • SAP ERP experience
  • Experience in CPG industry required
  • Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Solves highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams
  • Strong management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent
