Leading, designing and implementing Specialty Channel Commercial Strategies and Commercial Policy to ensure and achive Pfizer's sales targets and profitability, as well as business objectives for Core Brands

Lead the KAM's Team in the implementation of Commercial Key Account Management Strategy, enabling long-term partnership with key customers and stakeholders to leverage full Pfizer's Portfolio.

Key Account Management implementation to maximize opportunities for growth and incremental revenue.

Guide KAM team by providing strategic direction, support and insights to fuel key accounts growth

Lead, Recruit, Coach, monitor, motivate and manage the development of KAMs to deliver excellence with Key Customers and support performance potential

Develop rules and tools for the segmentation of customers groups.

Develop, improve and monitor commercial offers, local pricing policies and discount models.

Ensures close coordination with peers and key matrix partners to support the flawless execution of channel strategies and related tactics, and develop metrics/KPIs to track progress and performance.

Build very strong relationships with Key Customers and Key Stakeholders, in order to support the achievement of sales targets and strengthen the profile, competitive position and performance of the Company.

Seek standardization and automation wherever possible to drive operational efficiency
