Service Provider Software and Solutions (SPVSS) is the established world leader in delivering end to end digital solutions to enable TV service providers and content originators to deliver video content to consumers. SPVSS has annual revenues of over one billion US dollars and is the leader in all markets in which it operates. This is a critical time for the industry, where SPVSS is leading the way in articulating and delivering the next generation of solutions, which will enable the industry to transition to agile cloud-based models that enable seamless video consumption to target segments across all available platforms.

You will be a key part of an agile and well respected team, providing high quality global commercial planning support to the business, primarily ensuring that:
* High quality financial planning and analysis is provided to senior executives to ensure that they are able to properly assess the potential and profitability of SPVSS' product offerings as the business unit transitions to cloud based software solutions; and
* All business commitments have been financially assessed and have successfully passed agreed commercial assurance processes with the appropriate level of management support - including senior executive where needed.

Candidates must meet the requirements outlined:
Minimum Requirements: (“Must have” Qualifications)
* Pro-active, self-starting attitude is essential.
* Ability to make sound commercial assessments and present clear and succinct recommendations to management.
* Experience in analyzing and assessing large complex software deals, including SaaS (very desirable).
* Financial, commercial or operational support in a SaaS business environment
* Strong team working skills.
* Experience in FP&A work, including financial modeling, margin analysis, investment appraisal techniques and variance analysis.
* ACA (or equivalent) or finance / economics degree.
* Excel master, with proven ability to build sound financial models.
Beneficial Skills and Experience
* Familiarity with Oracle projects / ERP, including ability to run queries and reports, desirable but not essential.
* Working knowledge of US GAAP revenue recognition standards.

Additional position details:
* This is a permanent role.
* There may be some travel, although not mandatory.
* Primarily onsite with remote working possible where agreed in advance.
