Job Details

**Role / purpose:**

In Country Execution of European wide Brand management strategy/tactics

Develop in country customer strategies/plans to support In Country Business Plans

Work closely with Country customers/ organisations to build collaboration for Pfizer

**Key Responsibility Areas:**

Marketing Execution

Delivery of integrated (cross country/cross functional) strategic and tactical plans for Brand. Includes strategy for Country market development, access/ pricing and lifecycle planning

Define new opportunities for growth within Brand and support these new opportunities with strategic and tactical plans in alignment with European marketing teams

Work with key customer/stakeholders/organizations at country level to build partnership and collaboration in order to develop insights for brand strategies

Collaboration with BU Head, Brand analytics and above country teams in the use of forecasting and modelling tools to determine country product forecasting, trend analysis and promotional budget requirements

Analyse and interpret country market intelligence from a range of sources, including market research to ensure that competitive environment knowledge is up to date and appropriate for input into decision-making.

Country Customer Strategy and Tactics

Identify and map Country key customers and networks including non-prescribing customers (e.g. Payers, Patient)

Lead in country customer strategy development, aligned with European customer brand strategy, to support needs of the Business Unit

Develop and Implement Key Customer development plans, through relationship building and personal responsibility for allocated customer groups

Work with key customer/stakeholders/organizations at country level to build partnership and collaboration in order to support brand strategies

Monitor Country team execution of customer strategy and tactics

In country responsibility for key customer contacts that have been defined in the customer development plans

Monitoring and Control

Management of product budget and production of reports to identify corrective action for under/over spends.

Adherence with SOPs so that all product spend, materials and activities are compliant.

Alignment with above and in-country and Brand BU Functions

Align key stakeholders - Medical/sales, EU commercial/medical teams to ensure that brand strategies are meeting the business goals of the country

Work with above Brand/Marketing teams to optimize the country execution of the regional marketing promotional campaigns

Provide input to above country marketing/medical teams on local country needs for brand medico marketing strategies which support country business plans

Self development

Support an in country culture that embraces cross functional best practices at both the functional and geographic interface

In collaboration with country BU Head develop and implement/update personal development plan in order to develop self further within current role.

**Skills, knowledge, qualifications and experience:**

Proven success in country brand management positions .

Ability to manage complexity (across brands, markets, functions, customers)

Previous experience in successful x-functional team working

Broad knowledge and experience of European and local healthcare and pharmaceutical environment

Ability to operate as Pfizer's ambassador with customers, professional bodies etc

Strong analytical skills

Demonstrate interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively operate in a country specialty environment

Proven capability of internal and external networking
