Communication Manager - EMEAR North Region

What You'll Do

You will drive all aspects of business, organisational, executive and employee communications for the North Theatre across both internal and external audiences. You will also develop and deliver on an integrated communications strategy and plan for the North Theatre that is aligned to the EMEAR regional and theatre business goals, outcomes, and business priorities.

Who You'll Work With

Cisco’s Northern European theatre includes the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway & Iceland, Sweden), the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg) and Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). The priority markets are the Netherlands and Sweden.

The North sales team is being led by Niklas Andersson, together with the North Board in which the General Managers of all Northern European countries are represented, as well as marketing, communications and other support functions.

Who You Are

Cisco is looking for a North Communication Manager with a strong track record of planning, driving, and executing internal and external communications campaigns aligned to both corporate and local business priorities. The role requires a strategic and creative approach to translate business priorities into compelling content that is relevant and engaging to a diverse audience. Excellent skills to create content for multiple channels are vital for the role.

The success of this role requires the ability to balance a number of priorities in order to ensure the success of communications within the business as well as part of the EMEAR communications team. It requires the ability to prioritise and focus on the areas where communications can have the biggest impact and demonstrate tangible results around influencing our audience’s perceptions, attitudes and behaviours.
