Develops policies and processes for implementation of best practices. Supports local Health Plans with the design and implementation of programs necessary for successful execution of initiatives. Ensures maximum productivity within budget guidelines and applicable state laws.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Directs Health Plan's identification and implementation of best practices around growth and retention
  • Develops and implements programs and initiatives in region in response to market research findings
  • Acts as coach / trainer for field marketing leaders in region
  • Acts as Interim Health Plan Field Marketing & Sales Leader to assist performance improvement efforts  and fill field marketing management vacancies as needed in region
  • Identifies and develops activities that promote retention and assist with market penetration and growth
  • Supports development and implementation of field marketing / sales plan and models for new markets / acquisitions as assigned in region
  • Makes recommendation to achieve product improvements derived from market research / market feedback
  • Organizes and directs field marketing training for field marketing and sales personnel in region
  • Develops and secures approval of objectives, policies and programs for regional sales and field marketing activities and periodically evaluates and reports results
  • Assures compliance with state and municipal laws, rules and guidelines for sales and field marketing
  • Reviews monthly top-line report to monitor operation results against budget
  • Potential long-term assignments to one or more health plans
  • Other duties as requested or assigned
