Prudential Advisors Field Compensation is seeking an energetic, highly motivated associate to assume the role of Senior Compensation Associate, Field Compensation.  This individual will assist in the administration and evaluation of product commission plans within Prudential Advisors.
The Product Commission team works alongside the Producer Compensation team and the Management Compensation team to ensure all aspects of compensation are aligned and support the overall Prudential Advisors objectives. 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of product commission administration with a focus on Life Insurance
  • Assist in the development and implementation of commission plans for new products and updates to current products
  • Data analysis to ensure that product commissions are in line with Prudential Advisors' objectives and in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Developing and implementing compensation plan Systems' and Operation's specifications
  • Partnering with associates in Systems and Operations to ensure proper implementation of compensation plans
  • Developing program documents, presentations and training materials for Prudential Advisors Field, Operations, and Home Office associates
  • Interpreting policy and using sound judgment to resolve compensation appeals and inquiries
  • Provide on-going support and assistance to the Prudential Advisor Field Management teams researching and analyzing inquires related to product commissions
  • Monthly review and processing of commissions related reports
  • Additional ad hoc requests or project work as requested by Management.



  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels, including our business unit and senior management teams.
  • Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior financial and analytical experience preferred.  
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize, managing multiple projects at a time.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
  • Preferred knowledge of Life Insurance, Annuity, and Investment products
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel.
