The Prudential El Paso office is seeking an experience HR professional to support the El Paso (GBTS - Global Business & Technology Solutions) Center. The El Paso GBTS Center supports various Business Units and Corporate Centers through numerous engagements, and at times, transition between internal business partners/ roles allowing for growth in experience and diversity in HR responsibilities.

This position requires knowledge of all aspects of compensation required to develop and administer compensation programs.

The individual will be responsible for driving project deliverables on behalf of our US business partners. We are seeking someone who can work under very little supervision, who can provide project management on significant compensation endeavours, data analysis and analytical insights to support the HR Market Intelligence team.

The individual must be driven and flexible in their attitude. This person will also take on the day to day management of processes, functions and projects within the department, act as a consultant, and provide subject matter expertise.



This role involves assisting in the development, installation and administration of compensation programs; evaluating salaried, hourly, middle and top management positions; salary administration and reviewing changes in wages and salaries for conformance to policy; audit evaluation of positions and application of existing classifications to individuals; conduct and participate in compensation surveys conducted by other companies; assists in updating the salary structures.

Specific Responsibilities include:

·          Provide project management and subject matter expertise for enterprise salary survey

·          process and compensation implementations

·          Act as a consultant on complicated benchmarking issues, new roles/job creation.

·          Responsible for responding to inquiries regarding plan, policy, job evaluations and market data from Human Resources business partners

·          Participate in the annual review of market data and development of market reference ranges, including report development, analysis of market data, movement recommendation and costing for both US and additional countries as assigned

 ·          Responsible for the design, development of business requirements, testing and delivery of reports and functionality within the Market Intelligence Reporting database.  May partner with additional resources to complete

·          Participate in Corporate Compensation/Market Intelligence projects as assigned

·          Project manage small to medium projects

·          Other duties as required by the business

·          Strength in thinking outside of the box and bringing ideas forward to the team preferred

·          Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
