Description Job Summary:

The Global Investigations and Risk Assessment team within the Compliance Division is looking for a talented and highly-motivated team member to help support all aspects of our global compliance investigations function, including fact-finding, data collection and analytics and compliance reporting. The **Compliance Senior Legal Analyst** role will support compliance investigations and risk assessment activities and will be responsible for: 1) day-to-day compliance support; 2) process and data integrity; and 3) reporting/analytics.



As a member of our team, you will work at the direction of compliance attorneys and other, senior members of the team to conduct complex internal investigations from their inception through trend reporting and analysis. This position requires a strong background in legal and compliance project management, document management, presentation and report preparation, and excellent communication and organization skills. The ideal candidate is very motivated and able to multi-task, is proactive and has excellent problem-solving skills.



Role Responsibilities:



+ Formulate procedures and policies affecting investigations and risk assessment data collection, case management, workflow, and reporting; manage complex processes and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and improve data quality around the world.

+ Support day-to-day intake, documentation, assignment and follow-up regarding potential compliance investigations.

+ Actively participate in all aspects of the investigations process, including fact-gathering, investigative analysis, and the preparation, research, issuance, and maintenance of records relating to internal investigations; ensure consistency, efficiency and effectiveness among all legal analysts throughout the world.

+ Review and draft legal documents, such as investigations and witness interview memoranda, consent forms for interviews and document collection, and other written reports for key stakeholders; conduct preliminary fact-finding for investigations; perform due diligence and research using attorney files, financial information, internal databases, and other pertinent sources; analyze facts and legal issues.

+ Maintain and assess the quality of investigation files and documentation, and conduct related problem-solving and training.

+ Develop expertise in various compliance-related databases; provide analytical and trend reports; offer new and innovative ways to use data to meet stakeholder needs; help to prepare compliance materials and presentations often intended for senior business leaders.

+ Demonstrate leadership skills and motivate colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment that is solution-oriented; demonstrate the ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced work environment; exercise considerable discretion and judgment in resolving problems.



Qualifications:



+ Bachelor's degree.

+ Prior legal or compliance project management, technical systems, and analytical experience.

+ 4+ years as a paralegal or compliance professional.

+ Effective oral and written communication skills.

+ Effective analytical and research skills.

+ Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work independently.

+ Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Tableau and TeamConnect (or similar) preferred.

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion concerning highly confidential, privileged information.

+ Proficiency with MS office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and ability to use enterprise software, Tableau and TeamConnect.
