The Consulting Systems Engineer - Tetration Analytics - is a crucial role to the success of Cisco’s strategy in the Data Centre and Cloud. This individual will be responsible for leading the technical strategy and customer engagement on Cisco’s newest and most cutting edge entries into the Data Centre market segment in Korea.

You’re going to be both the expert and trusted advisor, leading our team, customers and partners to a bright future where powerful analytics capabilities solve the most frustrating of challenges.

To do this, you’ll need to be highly versatile, quick to learn and able to work with a multitude of stakeholders: ranging from the CTO down, across disciplines such as operations, security, analytics specialists and application owners. Likewise, engagement with technical experts across Cisco’s existing and emerging channel partners will be key.

Internally, on a day-to-day basis you’ll work with our Korea Tetration sales lead, along with Cisco’s account teams, data centre specialist team and technical architects. You will form part of a focused high-performance team across Asia Pacific & Japan charged with accelerating Tetration throughout the region.

Who You Are
You are inspired by the idea of being at the forefront of technology, and whilst an understanding in analytics would be ideal, most important is your ability to simplify and help customers understand new and potentially complex ideas.

As a minimum, you will have:
* 10+ years of experience of pre-sales, consulting, or in-house technology leadership experience in software, analytics, operations, cloud and/or security technologies.
* Ability to work in a fast paced start up organization within a large complex company.
* Good listening and excellent presentation skills.
* Capability to translate product capabilities to practical use cases relevant to customers in the Korean market.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills in Korean along with English fluency.
* This position requires a passion for driving strategies and a strong personality with demonstrated leadership skills working in a complex matrix organization.
* Well-developed personal organisation and time-management skills.
* University degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
