The PGIM Marketing team is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team. As part of our team’s efforts to increase brand awareness, the Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for curating and creating engaging content to showcase the expertise across PGIM and the underlying asset managers.

 

In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, the Content Marketing Manager will develop and execute a robust content marketing plan. This includes working with key stakeholders at the PGIM umbrella level, within the businesses and with corporate partners to generate and refine content ideas; write and edit articles, blog posts, infographics, and videos.

 

This role requires a creative thinker with a strong background in developing content for an institutional audience. In addition to excellence in creating content in written and multi-media formats, the candidate must also possess solid project management skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify/refine themes for packaging content and determine format and distribution method for all channels including internal, web, social media, e-mail/newsletter, event, mobile, video, and print.
  • Collaborate with cross-business Marketing, Advertising and Global Communications teams to curate relevant content, write and edit web-friendly, engaging articles, infographics and videos for an institutional audience.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendar, including all internal and external distribution
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search.
  • Collaborate with Creative Specialist on new web page layouts and imagery.
  • Use data to inform strategic direction.
  • Obtain all necessary business and compliance approvals.
  • Enter and edit content in web content management system.

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience in executing content marketing plans to build an audience.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to craft messages appropriate for different mediums; samples will be requested
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple complex deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Communicates effectively and collaborates well with others with the ability to influence team members of all levels.
  • 3-5 years of financial industry marketing experience (institutional asset management a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree.
