**Job Summary**







The Contract Manager works in the Commercial Team, part of Pfizer Innovative Health, The Netherlands.



The Contract Manager will be responsible for implementing the most optimal pricing strategy per Brand and the follow-up of the implementation (analytics)







**Job Responsibilities**







The Contract Manager:







+ Develops in collaboration with the Brand- and Commercial Leads the right contract strategy for the assets.



+ Is responsible for the development and execution of Brand Budget Impact Models (BIM).



+ Collaborates with SM/KAMs to ensure flawless implementation of Brand BIM and contracts



+ Is responsible for the optimization of the contract strategy.



+ Frequently is in direct contact (together with KAM) with external customers in order to develop a high understanding of customer needs.



+ Develops in close collaboration with Mgr Health Tech Assess/OR Innovative Value Models (VM) for in line products.



+ Will strongly interact with enabling departments.



+ Will provide Payer Training related to Brand BIM and strategic contracts to the KAMs.







**Qualifications / Skills**







+ The candidate has a university degree (Health Science, Economic or equivalent) and



+ Experience with contracting / buying



+ a good understanding of the Dutch Healthcare environment and is able to translate the needs of payers in to innovative contracts.



+ Out of the box thinking



+ experience with lifecycle management in pharma (end of lifecycle as well as early launch), contracting as well as proven networking are an asset.



+ The candidate has proven potential of strategic thinking, proven analytical skills, creativity and business acumen.



+ The candidate is very well organized and able to work in a very dynamic, constantly changing environment and is able to focus on the tactics that matter most.







**Organizational relationships**







The Contract Manager reports to the National Commercial Lead and cooperates closely with:







+ Other Pfizer Contract Manager's;



+ Mgr Health Tech Assess/OR;



+ National Customer Value Lead (sales) / Key Account Managers, as well as



+ Customer Strategy Manager's and is reporting to the National Commercial Lead.



+ The Contract Manager will be the lead of the Contracting Cross Functional Team (XFT), consisting of Commercial Lead, CSM's, Nation Customer Value Lead and Key Account (Manager) colleagues.



+ The external customers of a Contract Manager consist of hospital pharmacists and buying groups.
