**- TRADEMARKETING COORDINATOR TRADITIONAL CHANNEL PCH**

**POSITION SUMMARY**

+ Develop, execute and supervise brand plans with sales and Marketing in Central America.



+ Ensure efficient and effective investment at the POS in order to achieve brand goals.



+ In charge of modern channel and the budget associated with this channel.



+ Develop plans and strategies in order to improve department's performance and results.



+ Responsible for ensuring strict adherence to Pfizer Policies.



+ Liaise with Sales and Marketing in order to ensure successful launches of new products.



+ Liaise with sales in sales budget and investment for each client in the traditional channel.



+ Identify market opportunities to innovate and be in line with market development.



+ Develop medical visits strategy plan for CAM.



+ In charge of sales incentives coordination and follow - up **.**



+ Develop and motivate their team by example.







**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Develop exhibition strategies for each brand by channel and layout. Make best use of the budget ensuring optimum return on investment.



+ Collaborate with Marketing in the process and delivery of new product launches. Ensure execution ties in with sales and their clients.



+ Administrate and coordinate trade budget in order to ensure effective management and maximum efficiency.



+ Responsible for ensuring accurate inventory of CEP's and CIT's, as well as effective management and documentation of each activity with sales team, distributors and/or POS.



+ Identify and segment traditional channel by sales, layout and importance in the categories in which we participate in order to allocate the budget correctly.



+ Develop, communicate and implement the plans for each brand in the modern channel, in order to achieve business objectives.



+ Collaborate with sales team in order to provide our sales force with all the tools which will support brand strategies.



+ Participate in monthly meetings to present projects to the team as well as results of each implemented activity.



+ Responsible, along with district manager and key account manager, for monitoring activities, planogram, visibility, accessibility and return on investment in each activity at POS.



+ Coordinate trade marketing campaigns aligned with marketing activities.



+ Establish an annual brand strategy with marketing and sales in order to work in line with our goals.



+ Monitor and report on competition.



+ Monitor effectiveness of trade implementation for PCH brands.



+ Trade visits to key countries, both with sales team and alone. (40% of their time)



+ Collaborate with district manager and key account manager to ensure effective implementation by Sales team, POS and distributors.



+ Offer the sales team the appropriate tools to for their daily work at the POS.



+ Thorough follow up of trade marketing BU in traditional channel.



+ Ensure all materials are approved under Pfizer policies.



+ Work with Medical in order to develop superior POP material with strong claims for our communication at POS.



+ Develop medical visit materials with Medical and Regulatory departments in line with brand strategy.



+ In charge of sales incentives coordination and follow - up **.**



+ Responsible for organizing, analyzing and delivering data from our clients' sales in order to track results.







**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS**



Provide the primary groups or key positions that this position will have interaction with as a regular part of the position responsibilities. Include any external interactions as appropriate.







+ Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, Medical and Supply on develop and execute activities with direct consumers in POS and distributors, aligned with brand strategies.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

+ Professional in administrative careers such as Business Administration, Sales, Engineering or Marketing related.



+ 5 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing area.



+ Advanced Level of English.
