Job Description

Au sein du Service DDV, le Coordinateur National des Ventes aura un rle polyvalent et pluridisciplinaire. Il managera une quipe composer de 4 personnes (ADV GMS, ADV OOH, Responsable Outils Vente, Responsable Info et Com).
Il a la responsabilit damliorer la gestion des communications auprs des FDV, danalyser les performances commerciales et de digitaliser les outils des FDV.
Il devra optimiser, centraliser, synthtiser et animer la communication business du sige vers la FDV GMS et OOH . Il sera en interaction avec diffrents services cls commer la direction des centrales, field management, marketing, tudes, IT et le Trade Marketing ..
Il devra galement manager le dveloppement des indicateurs de performances commerciales manent de diffrents data & faciliter les prises de dcisions.
Enfin, il portera un certain intrt sur la digitalisation des Outils des FDV

Digitalisation

  • Gestion de projet sur la digitalisation des outils FDV :
    • Dfinir, amliorer et simplifier les outils de suivi (Iri, Applications Business, SFA)
    • Dvelopper lfficatit du nouveau portail digital
    • Garantir le bon maintien du portail
    • Harmoniser & Travailler des Scnario RCVR(Communication & data business)
  • Capabilities :
    • Former les FDV sur la prise en main des nouveaux outils pour en garantir la bonne xecution-utilisation
Resp des Communications FDV
  • Prparer le calendrier des vnements Field : (Mouvement Log In-Out assortiments, Ventes Saison-Temps Fort-Moyens et budgets)
  • Faciliter le business via une com efficace sur les best practices, les analyses insight, shopper, mkt. Crer lmulation sur le Perfect Store
  • Amliorer et simplifier la communication du HQ vers le Field et du Field vers le sige
  • Coordonne la CN
Business Analyst
  • Aider dvelopper de nouvelles Scorecard KPis Field pour faciliter le pilotage business
  • Travailler la partie Big Data Field : faire parler les diffrentes applications business et proposer des actions correctrices
Management
  • Direct Management of 4 people (level 5)
  • Recruitment, integration, development
Manages structure and capability of analytical and team

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum 7 dexpriences sur diffrents postes
-Une exprience de CVR serait trs apprciable (GMS ou OOH)
-Une autre exprience sur le Trade Marketing, Sasu, CCR, Category Mgt or Category Analysis est galement apprcie
  • Rigoureux, Esprit analytique, autonome, Prise dinitiative
  • Bonne capacit raliser des analyses et les synthtiser pour dlivrer des plans daction
  • Comptences en Management
  • Assertif et Persuasif
  • English: fluent
